Multiple Peptic Ulcers

This case is of a 62 year old man, with acute renal failure secondary to Wegener's granulomatosis.  He was on high dose IV steroids and Cyclophosphamide.  He experience a minor episode of haematemesis with a subsequent drop in his haemoglobulin by 10 g/l.

His upper GI endoscopy is shown over.  He had 3 prepyloric ulcers, and in the junction of the 1st and 2nd part of the duodenum 3 further ulcers.
